BOARD
The direction and management of Foundation business, including
the control and disposition of its property and funds, is
vested in the Board of Directors, represented by:
- a representative from the UW-Agricultural
Education Programs
- the State Advisor of the Wisconsin Association
of FFA
- the Executive Secretary of the Wisconsin Association
of FFA
- the current president of the Wisconsin Association
of FFA
- the Executive Director of the Wisconsin FFA
Center
- a representative from the Wisconsin Association
of Agriculture Educators (WAAE)
- a representative from the Wisconsin FFA Alumni
Association
- the Chair of the fund raising committee called
the Sponsors Board
- the Chair-elect of the Sponsors Board
- the immediate past Chair of the Sponsors Board
- the Secretary of the Board
- the Treasurer of the Board
- a business/industry representative
The
Board is responsible for determining Foundation policy,
approving the budget, reviewing Wisconsin Association of
FFA requests for possible funding by The Foundation, and
approving activities of the Sponsors Board.
